Yes. We offer comprehensive cargo insurance to protect your freight while in transit. All shipments are automatically covered up to $.50/lb with a maximum liability of $50. There are options to purchase additional coverage if needed. Our claims process is straightforward, and coverage is designed to give you peace of mind when shipping valuable exhibit materials.

Rates are calculated based on shipment weight and dimensions, distance, delivery method (advance warehouse or direct-to-show), and any special handling or service requirements. Providing complete details upfront helps us generate the most accurate estimate.
