Our Story
At MGL Exhibit Services, we understand that successful trade shows don’t just happen-they’re the result of careful planning, trusted partnerships, and flawless execution. Behind every event is months of preparation, significant investment, and a deadline that cannot be missed. Of all the moving parts, logistics is often the difference between a smooth experience and a stressful one. That’s where we come in.
Our story begins with founder Cameron Magalotti, whose passion for the industry was born on the trade show floor. Raised in a family that owned and operated a trade show and event logistics company, Cameron learned early what it takes to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He saw firsthand the work that goes on behind the scenes to support exhibitors and the responsibility that comes with being trusted to deliver when it matters most.
As his career evolved, so did his hands-on experience. Cameron worked in audiovisual production and later joined an installation and dismantling (I&D) team, gaining a 360-degree view of the event lifecycle. Those experiences allowed him to see the challenges exhibitors face from every angle and gave him a deeper understanding of what it takes to execute a successful event.
Along the way, he noticed a recurring problem. Too often, exhibitors were forced to deal with poor communication, last-minute surprises, and logistics providers who viewed shipments as transactions rather than a critical part of a much larger event.
But anyone who has worked in the trade show industry knows that freight is rarely just freight.
Behind every shipment is a team that has spent months planning and preparing for an event. There are exhibits that need to be installed, customers to meet, products to showcase, and opportunities that cannot be replaced. When something goes wrong, the impact extends far beyond a delayed shipment.
Drawing on those experiences, Cameron founded MGL Exhibit Services with a clear goal: to create the kind of logistics partner he always wished existed-one that communicates proactively, solves problems before they become emergencies, and understands what is truly at stake for every client.
